Because every piece is custom-made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing your order—including size, frame options, and our product images.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help. Contact us at hello@walledit.co.nz, or through our Contact Us page, within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
