ORDERS
Simply choose your artwork, select your size and framing option,and follow the checkout steps. Once completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track past orders and save your favourite artworks.
Because each piece is custom-made, orders begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@walledit.co.nz and we’ll do our best to help.
You’ll receive email updates when your artwork enters production and when it ships. Tracking details will be included where available.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually update the address. Email us right away - once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

PRODUCTS
We print on 230gsm Enhanced Matte paper - a premium, acid-free stock with a luxurious flat surface, rich detail, and exceptional longevity.
Yes. All artworks can be ordered either unframed or professionally framed.
We currently offer black, white, and oak solid-wood frames. Depending on the style, some frames feature wood veneer or satin-painted finishes, but never composite woods.
All framed artworks use 2mm clear glass by default. You can upgrade to UV-protective or anti-reflective glazing for additional clarity and protection.
Yes - we can usually accommodate custom print sizes.Just reach out via our Contact Us page and we’ll create it for you.
Most works are open edition. If a piece is limited edition, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
Yes, for unframed prints, we can ship directly to your chosen framer. Just use their address at checkout.
Not currently. Wall Edit is an online gallery to ensure every piece is made to order and professionally produced.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Unframed prints: 3–5 business days.
Framed prints: 7–10 business days
These timeframes include production and delivery.
Not at this stage - all orders are couriered directly to your address.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
Yes. We ship unframed prints to most countries worldwide.
We do not ship framed artworks internationally.
Australia (unframed prints): 5–10 business days
Rest of world (unframed prints): 10–15 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
No, we require a physical delivery address for courier delivery.
Some countries may charge import duties or customs fees. These are paid by the recipient.
Yes - tracking will be emailed once shipped.
FRAMED ARTWORKS
Each piece is framed locally by professional picture framers using solid-wood frames and premium glazing options.
Framed artworks are securely wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed to prevent movement during transit.
No - framed orders are available within New Zealand only due to the fragility of glass.
Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Because each artwork is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check your size, framing choice, and the product images before placing your order.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@walledit.co.nz within 7 days with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Refunds are processed once your claim is approved. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
As with all orders, limited edition pieces and gift cards (once available) are final sale.
PAYMENTS & PRIVACY
We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Yes - we use industry-standard encryption and secure checkout processes to protect your information.
All payment details are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We never store your credit card information.
